Shipping Policy
LHARI ships small-batch jewelry from China. Available services and tracking depend on the destination and are shown during checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 3-7 business days unless a product page states otherwise. Personalized or limited pieces may require additional preparation time.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing, carrier capacity, weather, local delivery conditions, or other events outside LHARI’s control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout after the parcel has been dispatched. Tracking events can take time to appear after the label is created or after a parcel changes carriers.
Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@lhari.net promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incomplete address, refusal, repeated failed delivery, or failure to collect it, the carrier may return it to the sender. Additional shipping costs may apply before it can be sent again.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International parcels may be delayed by customs. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country are normally the recipient’s responsibility.
Lost Parcels or Long Tracking Pauses
If tracking has not updated for a prolonged period, or the carrier’s estimated delivery window has passed, email support@lhari.net with the order number. LHARI will review the available carrier information before confirming the appropriate next step.
