01Are LHARI pieces handmade?

Yes. Pieces are assembled and finished by hand in small batches, so slight variation is part of the work.

  • Bead texture, knot placement, cord tension, metal patina, and overall form can vary slightly
02How do I know my piece is genuine?

Every piece arrives with a card written and signed by hand by the LHARI artist who made it, and its own unique identity code.

  • Keep the card with the piece and quote its code if you write to us about it
03Where do orders ship from?

LHARI orders ship from China. Available destinations and services are determined by the address entered at checkout.

  • If checkout shows no shipping option, contact support before attempting to order
04How long does delivery take?

Orders are made ready in 3–7 business days and shipped from China with tracking. Most orders arrive 10–15 days after ordering.

  • Personalized or limited pieces may take longer
  • Delivery estimates begin after dispatch
05Will I receive tracking?

Tracking information is emailed after dispatch when it is available for the selected service.

  • Carrier scans can take time to appear
  • Contact support with the order number if tracking pauses for an extended period
06Will I pay customs fees on delivery?

Not for the United States, Canada or the EU: import duties and taxes are added at checkout and we ship duties paid, so nothing more is due when the parcel arrives. For other destinations, any import charges are set by your country and paid by the recipient.

07What materials are used?

We work with Dzi beads, 925 silver, brass, white copper, hand-painted glass beads, jadeite, Xiuyan jade, Hetian jade, lapis lazuli, ox bone, camel bone, natural crystal, agate and thangka painting. The exact materials of each piece are listed on its product page.

08How do I choose a size?

Use the measurements shown on the product page and contact support before checkout if you need help with bracelet fit or necklace length.

09How should I care for a piece?

Keep the piece dry after wear, avoid perfume and prolonged soaking, and store it separately to protect cord, beads, and pendant surfaces.

10What is the return window?

Eligible unused and unworn jewelry can be requested for return within 14 days after delivery.

  • Final-sale, customized, worn, or hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded
