Return Policy

LHARI accepts return requests for eligible unused jewelry when the request is made within 14 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging when possible. Final-sale, customized, worn, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible.

How to Start a Return

Email support@lhari.net with the order number, item name, and reason for the request. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back; do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address.

Inspection and Refunds

Returned items are inspected after arrival. If the return is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank or payment provider and is outside LHARI’s control.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged in transit. Return shipping for a non-quality return is normally the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect or Transit-Damaged Items

Report an incorrect or transit-damaged item promptly with clear photographs. LHARI will review the evidence and provide the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return instructions, or refund where applicable.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

  • Items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or used.
  • Customized or final-sale pieces where marked.
  • Items sent without prior return approval.

Return eligibility is confirmed before a parcel is sent back. Contact support before arranging shipment.
