Shipping
LHARI ships from China with tracking: ready in 3–7 business days, most orders arrive 10–15 days after ordering. Shipping is USD 14.90, free over USD 230. US, Canada and EU orders ship duties paid.
Processing and estimates
Most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days unless a product page states otherwise and arrive 10–15 days after ordering. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees.
- Personalized or limited pieces may take longer
- Customs and local carrier conditions can extend delivery time
- Tracking information is emailed after dispatch when available
Address and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
- Undeliverable parcels may be returned to the sender
- Additional shipping costs may apply if a parcel must be sent again
- LHARI is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address
Duties, taxes and delivery issues
For the United States, Canada and the EU, import duties and taxes are added at checkout and parcels ship duties paid, so nothing more is due on delivery. For other destinations, any import charges are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient.
