After payment Your design comes to you by email first.

We will turn your idea into a design and email it to you for review before making begins. If anything does not feel right, please tell us promptly so we can adjust it with you.

We are sorry, but once you approve the design by email and we begin making your one-of-one piece, it can no longer be refunded.

You will review shipping and payment securely in WooCommerce checkout.

Your reference can be almost anything.

The filenames are kept as the creative keywords: a landscape, a painting, a school-world mood or the colours of a team. We translate the part you love rather than copy the image literally.

Custom work includes the quiet time to understand your reference, balance colour and proportion, prepare the right materials, and make a piece that has not existed before. That is why it costs more than choosing something already finished.

LHARI is still a one-person, very small team, so the estimated making time is 30–45 days, with shipping time separate. We know the extra cost and wait ask more of you. We are sorry it cannot be faster without losing the care that makes the piece truly yours, and we are deeply grateful for your patience.
